Clear about
your information.

How valuetide.com collects, uses and stores information when you browse, sign in, sign up for updates or send a quote request.

What you submit

Quote requests and contact messages store your name, email, optional organization, message, selected products and formats, quantities, the displayed catalog total, and a reference number. The record also includes its source and creation time. Sending one does not place an order, take payment, or subscribe you to marketing.

Marketing signup forms store your email, chosen update categories and compounds, signup source, and the wording and time of your consent. Repeating a signup can add preferences without replacing the original consent record. Account preference controls let signed-in users change their choices.

Accounts and Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in when it is available, Google and Supabase handle authentication. Valuetide uses your verified account identifier and email and stores profile details you choose to save, such as a display name and organization. We do not receive your Google password.

Signed-in account features can save your baskets, favorites, and email preferences across devices. New inquiries submitted while signed in can appear in that account’s history. Guest inquiries are not automatically attached to an account just because the email matches.

What stays in your browser

The website uses browser storage for research-access choices, basket selections, sign-in sessions, and dismissed signup prompts. Some inquiry screens keep a recoverable draft on the current device. Use the draft-clear control or clear site data to remove local drafts, and sign out before leaving a shared device.

How records are used and hosted

Information is used to provide account features, retain your choices, review inquiries, and record marketing consent. The forms store records; they don’t send welcome emails or marketing campaigns.

The hosted website uses Vercel and Supabase for hosting, authentication, and data storage. These services process technical request information to operate their services. The form service uses a keyed, non-readable representation of the request’s network address for short-lived rate limiting. Private form records are accessed through server-side controls; they are not a public directory.

Questions, changes, and deletion requests

You can update available profile and email settings in your account. For other access, correction, or deletion requests, contact Valuetide and identify the email or inquiry reference involved. Verification may be needed before information can be disclosed or changed.

Server records remain until they are removed; the website does not apply a universal automatic deletion schedule to all account, signup, and inquiry records. Clearing browser storage removes local data, not records already submitted to the server.

Keep submissions relevant

Please do not send payment card information, passwords, medical records, or other sensitive information in a research inquiry. The site does not provide a payment form or medical advice.
