Send us a message.
Use the contact form for any question about a compound, an order or shipping, and we’ll reply by email. You’ll see a reference number on screen; include it if you follow up.
02 / Testing records
Ask for the record you need.
Every compound is 8x lab-tested. Tell us the compound, vial size and lot number if you have one, and we’ll send the testing record for that material. Product photos are representative; testing records belong to a specific lot.
03 / Ordering & shipping
Quote first, then same-day dispatch.
Add compounds to your basket and send it as a quote request. We confirm pricing, availability, shipping cost and delivery time for your destination by email. Nothing is charged on the website, and confirmed orders ship the same day.
04 / Existing requests
Following up?
Include your reference number and tell us what you need. Please never send card details through the website.
